Irrfan Khan 3-Month Death Anniversary: Wife Sutapa Sikdar Remembers The Actor; ‘I’ll Miss You Partner, How Many More Roads Alone’
As July 29 marked the 3-month death anniversary of Irrfan Khan, wife Sutapa took to social media to remember the actor. Sharing throwback pictures, Sutapa mentioned she dearly misses ‘her partner’ and asks ‘how many more roads alone?’
It’s been three months since Irrfan Khan left for his heavenly abode but it feels like yesterday. Irrfan Khan was diagnosed with a neuroendocrine tumour in 2018. The actor soon moved to London for medical treatment. After the successful surgery, Irrfan returned to India and began to shoot for Homi Adajania’s Angrezi Medium opposite Radhika Madan and Kareena Kapoor Khan. Irrfan passed away on April 29 and not even a single moment passes by when his wife Sutapa doesn’t remember the actor in her memories.
As July 29 marked a 3-month death anniversary, Irrfan’s wife took to social media to remember the actor in her latest post. Sharing throwback pictures, Sutapa wrote how dearly she misses ‘her partner’ and asks how many more roads she has to walk alone. She wrote, “When I look back when life was not black and white. I see you standing there... With the Nikon in your neck and looking thru your lenses.Irrfan I will miss you partner.. How many more miles to go.. How many more roads alone??”
Recently, Sutapa had shared a picture of Irrfan’s favourite Raat Ki Rani from their garden. Sutapa wrote, “#rahennarahenhummehkakarenge #kaminiin our balcony..yaad tumhari Aati rahi raat bhar yeh khubsoo mehkati rahi raat bhar..” In her caption, Sutapa wrote how she misses him every time dearly. After Irrfan’s death, his family had released a statement where they had mentioned that they have planted a Raat ki rani tree where he has been put to rest.
